Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
• Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and reliable Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Support Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This role combines customer communication, lead follow-up, and sales support responsibilities. You will communicate with potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and support our business development efforts in the U.S. and Latin American markets. This is a fully remote part-time position with flexible scheduling and long-term growth potential.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with potential customers
- Communicate with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and messaging
- Support sales activities by assisting with quotations and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track and update lead status and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and follow-up
- Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, especially on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound calls and customer follow-ups
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Patient and professional in customer communication
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Consistent work ethic and positive attitude
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or call center environments
- Experience working with B2B customers is a plus
