The Role: We are seeking a motivated Social Commerce Intern to support our TikTok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social commerce and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Support: Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US. Monitoring and reporting on performance. Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and reporting. Event Planning: Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications. Agency Management: Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met. Affiliate Management: Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain: Practical experience in social commerce and e-commerce strategy Exposure to modern digital marketing strategies and top industry partners Opportunities to network with leading agencies, influencers, and affiliates Skill development in project management, analytics, and event logistics Education Requirements: Candidates should be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program and entering into their Junior (3rd) year. Compensation: This position offers an hourly rate typically between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour commensurate to experience.
