In this role, you will join a dynamic, multicultural team based in Malta, working two days per week on‑site and three days from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via email and live‑chat, maintaining a response time that exceeds internal service level agreements.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process, from product selection to checkout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about product specifications, availability, shipping options, and return policies, tailoring explanations to the Norwegian market.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, payment problems, and delivery concerns, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document each interaction meticulously in the CRM system, capturing details of the conversation, actions taken, and outcomes achieved.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with logistics, finance, marketing, and product teams to address multifaceted customer challenges and improve overall service quality.
