About arenaflex

arenaflex is a forward-thinking, client-focused organization operating at the intersection of real estate documentation, title research, and information services. We partner with a diverse portfolio of clients—including lenders, law firms, real estate professionals, and corporate enterprises—to deliver precise, timely, and fully verified title reports that empower critical business decisions. Our reputation is built on accuracy, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every document that leaves our platform reflects the dedication of skilled professionals who understand that even the smallest detail can have significant legal and financial implications.

As a company, arenaflex embraces a remote-first culture that values independence, discipline, and collaboration. We believe that great work doesn’t require a traditional office—it requires the right people, the right tools, and a shared commitment to excellence. Whether you’re an experienced data professional or someone looking to launch a meaningful career in the title and real estate documentation industry, arenaflex offers a structured environment where you can learn, grow, and make a measurable impact from day one.

Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a part-time, remote Title Research Assistant – Data Entry & Quality Control Specialist to support our growing operations. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for detail-oriented individuals who excel at working independently, thrive in a structured digital environment, and take pride in producing error-free work. As a Title Research Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to accurately translate title-related information into various client and company templates and databases, ultimately delivering a finished product that meets the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Beyond data entry, you will play a vital role in our quality control process. Title research is a meticulous discipline, and our clients rely on us to catch discrepancies, flag incomplete information, and identify potential errors before reports are finalized. This dual function—production and quality assurance—makes this role far more engaging than a standard data entry position. You won’t just be typing; you’ll be interpreting, analyzing, and safeguarding the integrity of legal documentation that affects real estate transactions, property ownership, and financial decisions.

This is a remarkable opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a large, established company. arenaflex invests heavily in the development of its team members, and every new hire receives comprehensive on-site training lasting two to four weeks, regardless of prior experience. If you’re looking to build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within and rewards diligence, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Extraction and Entry: Carefully extract pertinent information from legal documents contained within a title search abstract and translate that information into client-specific templates and internal databases with a 0% error rate.
  • Quality Control and Flagging: Serve as a critical checkpoint in our workflow by identifying red flags, inconsistencies, or incomplete information within title documents that may require further examination by senior researchers or title examiners.
  • Client Communication and Delivery: Communicate completed title searches directly with clients via email and through their designated online portals and websites, ensuring timely and professional delivery of finished products.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between remote researchers and arenaflex’s internal departments, facilitating the smooth exchange of information for both completed and partially completed title searches.
  • Resource Management in Microsoft Excel: Utilize Microsoft Excel to update internal resources, track customer processes, maintain procedure documentation, and ensure data integrity across multiple spreadsheets and systems.
  • Multitasking Across Platforms: Manage multiple computer programs, databases, and communication tools simultaneously to complete job tasks efficiently and meet daily production goals.
  • General Support Duties: Assist team members and supervisors with various support tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the department and the satisfaction of our clients.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with a 0% error rate—accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and especially Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • An associate’s degree, equivalent higher education, or prior data entry experience is preferred, though not mandatory. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • All new hires will participate in 2–4 weeks of on-site training, regardless of previous experience, ensuring every team member is fully equipped to succeed in their role.

General Skills and Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and title-related documents.
  • Resourcefulness: The ability to independently research, problem-solve, and find answers using available tools and resources.
  • Deductive Reasoning: A logical mindset capable of drawing conclusions from incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy, spelling, grammar, numerical data, and formatting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, telephone, email, and verbal communication abilities. You will be representing arenaflex in every client interaction.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to listen actively, follow detailed instructions, and collaborate effectively with team members across remote and in-office environments.
  • Initiative and Curiosity: A genuine thirst for knowledge and a willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, and professional development opportunities.
  • Computer Navigation: Advanced computer navigation skills, including the ability to learn new software platforms quickly and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a part-time, remote position that requires candidates to commit to 8-hour shifts working on a dual-monitor computer setup. The role is performed independently on a day-to-day basis, with regularly scheduled team meetings to ensure alignment, provide updates, and foster a sense of community among remote employees. You will be expected to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office environment that supports sustained focus and high productivity.

While the position is remote, the initial training period is conducted on-site at arenaflex’s training facility. This investment in face-to-face onboarding ensures that every new team member builds strong foundational knowledge, develops relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and feels confident before transitioning to a remote work arrangement.

Career Growth and Development Opportunities

Joining arenaflex as a Title Research Assistant is more than just a job—it’s the beginning of a career path. We believe in promoting from within and providing our team members with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to advance. High-performing assistants frequently transition into roles such as Senior Title Researcher, Quality Control Analyst, Team Lead, Operations Coordinator, and Client Relations Specialist.

arenaflex actively supports continuing education, cross-training in adjacent departments, and professional certification pursuits. If you have a desire to deepen your expertise in real estate documentation, legal research, or operations management, we will help you get there.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

While specific compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and location, arenaflex is committed to offering competitive hourly pay that reflects the importance of accuracy and reliability in this role. Part-time employees may also be eligible for additional benefits, which may include:

  • Paid on-site training and ongoing professional development
  • Flexible scheduling within designated shift windows
  • Remote work stipend for home office setup (where applicable)
  • Access to company-sponsored learning resources and workshops
  • Performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture that values every contribution
