Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Partner with security and cloud teams to identify and qualify high‑value business opportunities, understand client security and compliance requirements, and develop tailored roadmaps.
  • Solution Architecture & Demonstrations: Design, present, and validate arenaflex Cloud Security solutions—including threat detection, malware analysis, zero‑trust frameworks, and SIEM integrations—through demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical workshops.
  • Technical Advocacy: Serve as the technical voice of arenaflex for customers, delivering product briefings, white‑papers, and best‑practice guidance that align with industry trends such as ransomware mitigation and attack‑surface reduction.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product management, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and champion new feature development.
  • Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Author technical content, case studies, and solution briefs that illustrate the value of arenaflex security offerings and help educate the broader market.
  • Event Participation: Represent arenaflex at customer sites, industry conferences, webinars, and partner events to build relationships and expand the ecosystem.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay current on emerging threats, cloud security best practices, and arenaflex product enhancements to provide forward‑looking advice.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in security or cloud environments, with a proven track record of delivering security solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Deep expertise in network security concepts, including threat detection, malware analysis, security policy enforcement, identity & access management, and SIEM operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a technical field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
