Position Overview – Remote Financial Services Customer Success Agent

This hybrid position blends client interaction, financial plan delivery, and talent development. You will be the trusted point of contact for existing and prospective clients, guiding them through comprehensive financial plans, while also recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new agents to ensure a pipeline of high‑performing talent. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
