The Role: Impact Client Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Body Fix Program team. As an Impact Client Support Specialist, you'll be a vital link between our customers, our Body Shop network, and arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to our Body Shop network and ensure seamless coordination between clients, guarantee technicians, and our repair facilities. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that customers expect from arenaflex while working remotely from your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Work Planning Support: Assist in coordinating and scheduling repair operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle repairs for arenaflex customers.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary communication channel between Client Guarantee Technicians and Body Shops, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange throughout the repair process.
  • Vehicle Appearance Management: Oversee and coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC (CCC organization appearance) processes to ensure arenaflex vehicles meet our high-quality standards.
  • Client Communication and Expectation Management: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing timely updates on repair status, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
  • Rental Coordination and Handoff: Coordinate rental vehicle arrangements and manage the seamless handoff process between customers and service centers, minimizing inconvenience during vehicle repairs.
  • Vehicle Announcements: Prepare and distribute detailed vehicle announcements to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive information about repair status and completion details.
  • Material and Supply Management: Oversee the reordering process for materials and supplies necessary for repairs, ensuring inventory levels are maintained to support efficient operations.
  • Repair Oversight and Delivery Coordination: Monitor repair progress from initiation to completion, coordinate final inspections, and manage the vehicle delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
