Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our brand, providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient support to pet owners across the United States. You will work from the comfort of your home in Hollywood, FL (or any U.S. location that aligns with our operating hours), handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Essential Qualifications
