Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote Customer Service team on a temporary basis. As a Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for employees of arenaflex’s client organizations, helping them navigate benefits, payroll, and related inquiries. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 and flexible scheduling that can range from part‑time to full‑time (up to 40 hours per week) during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality client service that aligns with arenaflex standards and best practices.
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional call‑center environment, providing clear, concise, and accurate information about employee benefits, payroll processes, and related topics.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, documenting each interaction in the CRM system to ensure continuity and compliance.
  • Process and verify documents such as enrollment forms, payroll adjustments, and benefit change requests.
  • Maintain satisfactory quality‑assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including HR, benefits administration, and payroll—to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve self‑service resources and training materials.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer‑service or call‑center role.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
