[Remote] Vice President, Medicare Compliance

The Vice President will oversee client relationships, operational performance, and regulatory compliance while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship management
- Provide strategic oversight of case and file management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Lead client communications and stakeholder engagement efforts, providing timely updates and guidance regarding case-specific developments
- Direct the management, tracking, and resolution of complex Medicare compliance matters, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Lead and participate in the preparation, review, and submission of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) reports and related regulatory filings
- Provide executive oversight for the review, analysis, negotiation, and resolution of Medicare conditional payment disputes
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to identify operational challenges, implement process improvements, and drive organizational effectiveness
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory developments
- Maintain strategic relationships with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), contractors, and other regulatory stakeholders
- Lead issue resolution efforts involving complex client, compliance, and operational matters, ensuring timely escalation and successful resolution
- Develop and implement performance metrics, quality standards, and best practices to support organizational growth and client retention
- Mentor, develop, and lead team members while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and client service
Skills
- 7+ years of MSA experience and a MSA subject-matter-expert
- Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to engage directly with senior-level clients, customers, and strategic partners
- Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability, process improvement, and successful outcomes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
