[Remote] Legal Tracker Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morae is seeking an experienced Legal Tracker Administrator to join their team in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker platform, supporting various legal operations and optimizing the system.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker platform
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Legal Tracker e-Billing and matter management workflows
- Manage user access, permissions, security roles, and system settings
- Support law firms and internal stakeholders with invoice submission, review, and approval processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with Thomson Reuters support as needed
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics related to legal spend, matter management, and outside counsel performance
- Assist with implementation of billing guidelines, rate approvals, and compliance monitoring
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal users and external law firms
- Collaborate with Legal Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to improve system utilization and business processes
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and testing activities
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
Skills
- 3+ years of experience administering Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti)
- Strong expertise with Legal Tracker e-Billing functionality, invoice processing, and matter management
- Experience managing Legal Tracker user administration, workflows, reporting, and system configuration
- Knowledge of legal operations and outside counsel management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting corporate legal departments
- Legal Operations experience
- Knowledge of legal spend management and reporting
- Experience working with Finance, Accounts Payable, or Procurement teams
- Familiarity with system integrations and data management
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
