[Remote] Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Huntress Talent is seeking an Account Manager to participate in the assessment of new business opportunities. The role involves leading the development of business proposals, collaborating with various teams, and managing timelines to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the build of new business proposals (project management), including but not limited to: Responsible for building sound strategy to support overarching campaign flowcharts and detailed media plans (considering target, audience size, available assets, goals, etc. / consulting available research) in the process of completing RFPs and prospective client pitches
  • Help team construct, edit, and proof prospect presentations, proposals, and other content as needed
  • Work alongside a research specialist to gather all necessary data for sound media strategy
  • Create and manage timeline expectations across all new business projects
  • Collaborate with various media teams to gather relevant content for the proposal
  • Proactively monitor and maintain internal platforms/documentation related to new business projects; generate reports to measure business development initiatives and department KPIs (e.g. analysis of win/loss rates on submitted proposals)
  • Draft, review, edit, and proof RFP submissions, at times, in Word, others in PPT presentations to improve overall quality of proposals
  • Help build out written content and visuals pertaining to strategy, media mix and/or deliverables based on scope of prospective opportunity
  • Collaborate with new business sales associate on any viable leads/pitches
  • Enable turnkey process to increase submission volume on a week-to-week basis by complementing internal team efforts and leveraging AI where possible

Skills
