[Remote] Global Enterprise Account Executive

They are seeking a Global Enterprise Account Executive to lead enterprise sales and revenue growth across international markets, focusing on selling their Workplace Equity suite of products to large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process from first qualified meeting to contract close
  • Engage senior stakeholders in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compensation, and Legal
  • Deliver strategic demos, presentations, and customized proposals aligned to complex client needs
  • Navigate enterprise procurement, decision-making, legal review, and contract closure
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Manage and forecast a global pipeline using HubSpot CRM, Avoma, and ZoomInfo
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date opportunity records and customer intelligence
  • Report on key sales metrics and contribute to revenue and market development strategy

Skills

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a focus on HRTech, Compensation, HCM, or Analytics
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or global organizations
  • Proven success selling into CHROs, Total Rewards, Compensation, and HR leaders
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
  • Deep understanding of global HRIS, HCM ecosystems and compensation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and skilled at strategic selling in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience with prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo
