[Remote] Allied Travel Clinician Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trusted Health empowers the healthcare workforce with technology-first solutions to optimize the clinical workforce. They are looking to hire two Allied Travel Clinician Recruiters, also known as Allied Advocates, who will educate and develop relationships with clinicians to facilitate their placement in suitable opportunities. This role involves sourcing and managing clinician placements while ensuring an exceptional working experience for them.

Responsibilities

• Independently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignments
• Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets
• Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers coming into the Trusted platform. Demonstrate proficiency in gathering detailed information on their goals, desires and constraints in order to identify and pitch them on relevant opportunities across the thousands of jobs that we have within our marketplace
• Draw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted to engage with job seekers, identify relevant opportunities, pitch and submit job seekers to new opportunities and manage the end-to-end job search workflows
• Contribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback in a productive manner that has an impact on the growth and success of the organization
• Other duties include emergency phone line coverage, 1 week-long shift per year

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
• AA/AS or BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred, charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or travel experience is a plus!
