- Direct founders, hosts, guests, and other on-camera talent

- Organize and manage extensive video libraries
- Create searchable content archives for future use
- Develop scalable workflows that support ongoing content production
- Set up and maintain recording studios and production environments
- Oversee camera, lighting, audio, and remote recording systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize production quality
- Produce content for several growing business divisions
- Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling visual storytelling
- Help drive audience growth through engaging content strategies
