Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coda Search│Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Consultant to work on digital strategy and customer experience projects. The role involves improving digital presence, mapping social media strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance client programs.
Responsibilities
- Improving digital presence of brands through social listening and insights
- Mapping out a social media strategy
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
- Command data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs
- Share consulting best practices with your team and prepare material to support business development initiatives
- Identify opportunities for new Client Acquisition
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 busy seasons with a Big 4 or regional accounting firm
- Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Open to travel 50% of the time
- Experience in Digital Transformation & Innovation consulting
- Strong communication skills
- Data analysis capabilities
- Experience in Audit & Assurance working with Fortune 500 or fortune 1000 companies
- Knowledge of social media best practices
