[Remote] Operations Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Internet Brands is a fully integrated online media and software services company. They are seeking an Operations Support Representative to manage client relationships, assist in onboarding new clients, and address client needs through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Overall support and management of client relationships
- Assist in onboarding new clients, both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service
- Work directly with the client to both preemptively and reactively address their needs
- Be directly responsible for client outreach
- Be comfortable and professional while speaking on the phone and writing emails
Skills
- Basic proficiency with common office software required. (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- 1 - 2 years prior experience in a sales or customer support environment
- Beginner-level knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript preferred (formal training not required)
