[Remote] Growth Account Executive - AP
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company that empowers businesses by replacing outdated financial processes with innovative tools. The Growth Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads into paying customers while identifying customer pain points and closing business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials with new prospects of Bill.com to paying customers
- Identifying customer pain points
- Closing business
- Prioritizing your book of business
- Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
- Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day
- High motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual
- Communication - Direct and articulate, exceptional writing skills
- Organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong time-management skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to take and provide feedback
