[Remote] Customer Success Manager - Logistics

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager - Logistics who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts — proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused at every touchpoint
- Build deep, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and a genuine commitment to understanding each customer's needs
- Manage customer expectations with transparency and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen the relationship
- Consult with clients to resolve issues quickly and provide ongoing support that exceeds expectations
- Ensure all customer commitments are met by coordinating closely with internal operations, dispatch, and implementation teams
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts by understanding client goals and matching them to Charger's service offerings
- Identify and develop new business relationships within target markets
- Participate in rate matrix reviews, large-spend bids, and customer presentations to deliver competitive, profitable solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve
- Maintain an organized CRM database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, and expense documentation
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales/Customer Service on prospect and client meetings
Skills
- 1–3+ years of account management or customer-facing experience in transportation and logistics
- Post-secondary degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A genuine passion for customer service — you understand that happy customers are the foundation of everything
- Strong communication skills — clear, empathetic, and professional whether on the phone, over email, or in person
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
