[Remote] Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Intelligence

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AlphaSense is a leading provider of AI-driven market intelligence, helping professionals make informed decisions. They are looking for an Implementation Consultant to oversee the implementation of their Enterprise Intelligence product, ensuring successful client rollouts and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing and sales, in order to gather necessary resources for a successful implementation
• Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progress
• Create and modify training programs for each client engagement
• Collaborate with marketing to create documentation for clients to support training needs
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies
• KPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performance
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations
• Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization

Skills

• At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success
• Passionate about learning and always seeking the next challenge
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs
• Obsessed with adding value to the client experience
• Ambitious, with impeccable integrity and curiosity
• Comfortable analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with any/all of the following: Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst
