[Remote] Senior Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zight is an async video and screen recording platform used by modern customer facing teams to move work forward faster. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with various teams to convert large organizations into active customers while addressing complex communication problems.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined list of enterprise targets within our ICP and drive both new logo and land and expand opportunities
- Run full cycle enterprise deals from first touch to close:
- Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and video
- Lead structured discovery to quantify current pains and map Zight to business outcomes
- Coordinate with Product for tailored demos and technical validation
- Navigate security, legal, and procurement, including InfoSec reviews and MSAs
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities to signed agreements
- Sell outcomes, not features, including faster resolution times, lower support costs, higher CSAT, and better agent productivity using Request Video and Smart AI Hub
- Build strategic account plans and multi thread into support, IT, operations, and finance leadership
- Maintain an accurate 3x pipeline and forecast, with clean CRM hygiene and clear next steps on every deal
- Be a power user of Zight in your own selling motion and capture feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and messaging
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and events tailored to Zendesk and Intercom ecosystems
- Help define and refine playbooks, talk tracks, and process for the broader enterprise sales engine as we scale
Skills
- 5 to 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven success managing and closing complex, multi stakeholder deals that involve support and IT leadership, security, and procurement
- Self directed and comfortable operating as a builder, not only an operator, including shaping territory strategy, messaging, and process
- Experience selling into or alongside Zendesk and or Intercom is strongly preferred, prior experience at those companies is a plus
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
