Job Description

Teleperformance is currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our global team. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be vital in providing top-notch customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to efficiently address customer inquiries • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to exceed their expectations Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior customer service experience preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems simultaneously • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
