[Remote] PTAC Report Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCA Healthcare is an organization dedicated to giving back to the community, and they are seeking a PTAC Report Analyst to manage various Patient Access reports for multiple facilities. The role involves ensuring reports are current to prevent billing delays, notifying management of high dollar accounts, and assisting in account resolution.

Responsibilities

  • You will work the following Patient Access Reports: BILL09, Pre-Service Log, Unbilled, eRequest PAD and PA BILL ALERT PAD Queues, BatchNet HPF Queues
  • Ensure reports are kept current so that billing is not delayed and accounts are not escalated
  • Notify PTAC Operations Manager of any high dollar or aged accounts that need management intervention
  • Work with facility PTAC Leadership on account resolution
  • Log errors in a consistent format so that they can be analyzed for trends
  • Assist PTAC Operations Manager with identifying common errors so that feedback may be provided back to the facility Patient Access Directors

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in healthcare, relevant education may substitute experience requirement
