[Remote] Account Executive

Zycus is a global leader in procurement software solutions, empowering organizations to transform their procurement and financial processes. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive sales of their business spend management and procurement solutions to high-growth organizations in the US.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Zycus' business spend management and procurement solutions to high-growth organizations (under $750M revenue) in the High Growth Segment
- Engage with prospects through a value-based sales approach, positioning Zycus as a strategic partner for their back-office operational needs
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles of 3–6 months
- Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CFOs, Controllers, and procurement leaders, to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, handling deal sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+
- Leverage your knowledge of back-office operations, accounts payable, procurement workflows, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to provide informed recommendations to clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7–12 years of direct sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of selling to the office of finance (e.g., CFOs, Controllers)
- Demonstrated ability to achieve 100%+ of quota consistently
- Familiarity with spend management, procurement solutions, and ERP system integration
- Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Strong consultative selling and value-based positioning skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a passion for solving business challenges for clients
- Team player with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Procurement sales experience is a strong plus
- Experience at leading software companies such as NetSuite, Tipalti, or Zip
