They are seeking a Front End Web Production Engineer to translate approved designs into polished web experiences and manage high-volume content production within their CMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and publish web pages, landing pages, and content updates in ContentStack with accuracy and speed, working from approved Figma designs and content briefs
  • Manage routine content entry, updates, and maintenance tasks across web properties, maintaining consistency with established design standards and brand guidelines
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, accurate HTML and CSS implementations, working within existing component libraries and design systems
  • Perform thorough cross-browser and cross-device QA on all web deliverables before launch, flagging issues and coordinating fixes with the Senior Developer as needed
  • Work closely with the Senior Full-Stack Developer, UX/UI Designer, and Marketing Analytics Specialist to ensure web deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with conversion goals
  • Communicate production status, blockers, and completion updates clearly across the team and within project management tools
  • Adhere to established coding standards, naming conventions, and component usage guidelines set by the Senior Developer and design system
  • Ensure all published content meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and is compliant with applicable regulatory requirements for a financial services environment
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate production tasks, improve code quality, and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort in recurring workflows
  • Stay current on front-end development tools and techniques and bring practical improvements to the team’s production workflow

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional front-end development or web production experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect layouts from Figma designs
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript sufficient to implement interactions, troubleshoot front-end issues, and work confidently within a typed React/Next.js codebase
  • Working knowledge of React and Next.js sufficient to build pages, implement components, and work accurately within an established codebase without breaking existing architecture
  • Familiarity with JSX and component-based architecture sufficient to implement designs accurately within existing component libraries
  • Hands-on experience with a headless CMS platform for content entry, page building, and publishing workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret Figma files accurately, including components, styles, and responsive layout specifications
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing proficiency, with a methodical approach to QA before launch
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Basic awareness of SEO best practices as they apply to web page structure, metadata, and content formatting
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate production, troubleshoot code, and reduce manual effort in recurring tasks
  • Clear communicator who proactively flags blockers and keeps stakeholders informed on production status
  • Proficiency with Git-based version control in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working within Agile or sprint-based development workflows
  • Demonstrated experience working in a TypeScript and React-based front-end environment
  • Demonstrated portfolio of shipped web pages or production work, including live URLs or code samples, with evidence of React or Next.js experience
  • Light motion or interaction design experience (CSS animations, GSAP)
  • Experience implementing motion and interaction from designer specs, including GSAP or CSS animation libraries
  • Prior experience with ContentStack or a comparable enterprise headless CMS
  • Experience working in a financial services, fintech, or regulated industry environment
  • Familiarity with TradeStation products and the online brokerage ecosystem
