- Experience in B2B sales, referral-based selling, or business development — insurance, real estate, merchant services, staffing, or advertising backgrounds translate directly
- An existing network of business owners OR the hunger and discipline to build one
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking directly with decision-makers
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
- No technical or AI background required — full training and sales materials provided
- Drive and work ethic matter more than credentials — we will work with anyone willing to produce results
