The role involves executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals within the assigned region
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Conduct regular visits with customers, distributors, and key accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive sales
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional opportunities within company guidelines
  • Train, mentor, and support sales representatives and store management teams as needed
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong business relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information within company systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices
