LinkedIn is seeking experienced executive compensation and total rewards professionals for a project-based interview in their AI Marketplace. The role involves sharing real-world insights on executive compensation packages, equity grant administration, and board approvals in a 30-minute recorded interview.

Responsibilities

  • Building executive compensation packages, including base pay, bonus, equity, LTI, perks, benchmarks, and total-cost modelling
  • Managing equity grant sizing, vesting design, grant approvals, effective dates, stock administration handoffs, and dilution modelling
  • Preparing compensation committee or board materials, approval artifacts, review timelines, and executive decision packages
  • Navigating confidentiality, access controls, regulatory disclosure requirements, clawback policies, proxy considerations, and sensitive executive cases
  • Explaining workflows specifically within: executive compensation package design, equity grant administration, board or compensation committee approvals, disclosure support, and confidential executive rewards workflows

Skills

  • 8+ years in executive compensation, total rewards, equity compensation, compensation committee support, or executive rewards consulting
  • Direct, hands-on experience in executive compensation package design, equity grant administration, board or compensation committee approvals, disclosure support, and confidential executive rewards workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to executive package design, grant sizing, vesting, approval routing, disclosure requirements, confidentiality controls, board materials, cost modelling, and dilution impact
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Equilar, Radford/Aon, Mercer, WTW, Carta, Shareworks, ETRADE Equity Edge, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, board portal tools
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
