[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager role involves growing sales within existing client accounts, collaborating with sales specialists, and optimizing the usage of DHC services to exceed renewal and expansion quotas.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas
- Go “high and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve
- Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities
- Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services
- Lead critical renewals conversations
- Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas
- Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio
Skills
- 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT
- Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
- A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools
- A. or B.S. degree
