Diamond Accelerator is a national consulting and marketing agency dedicated to medical aesthetic practices, seeking a skilled Sales Superstar to join their remote team. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into clients, managing a CRM, conducting meetings, and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of your CRM and database, managing a pipeline of potential customers like a pro
- Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar
- Conduct 45-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and turning interest into action
- Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are collected, and clients are smoothly enrolled into our programs
- Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and maintain high standards on every call
- Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during downtime
- Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales and in the medical aesthetic industry minimum (additional sales experience is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services
- Strong time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
- A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge
