As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will become the voice of the company for Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls on the dedicated phone switchboard with a courteous and professional tone.
  • Identify caller needs quickly and direct calls to the appropriate extensions, departments, or team members.
  • Provide accurate, concise, and helpful information to callers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update the internal ticketing system to track call volumes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Assist with occasional administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and preparing brief reports for supervisors.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product updates, service protocols, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance call routing efficiency and overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to converse fluently and write clearly in both languages.
