Position Overview

The Entry-Level Data Entry & Program Coordination Specialist will be a key member of the Creative Production Innovation Management team within the broader Product Discovery & Marketing organization (formerly Creative Production). This role is designed for candidates who thrive on turning complex, high‑impact initiatives into clear, actionable programs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure that new content concepts, feature prototypes, and strategic experiments are accurately documented, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary programs that focus on product innovation, technical feasibility, and market impact.
• Perform feasibility and effort‑estimation analyses for new feature concepts, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between product leadership and development teams, translating early‑stage ideas into concrete project plans.
• Partner with arenaflex Product Managers to integrate innovation road‑maps into actionable deliverables, providing guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Operations, Engineering, and Design teams to synchronize priorities, execution schedules, and release milestones.
• Identify emerging trends, data‑driven insights, and opportunities across your portfolio that could drive higher engagement or operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project charters, risk registers, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks related to timelines, resource constraints, and technical dependencies, proactively proposing contingency plans.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in program or project management within a technology‑focused environment.
