Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for arenaflex cardholders, delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values. Your daily activities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from cardholders with a friendly, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in arenaflex’s secure CRM system.
  • Resolving inquiries ranging from balance checks and transaction disputes to account updates and fraud alerts.
  • Authorizing sales and processing transactions in compliance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and providing clear, concise information.
  • Collaborating with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback and escalating opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participating in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑building workshops.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

arenaflex is looking for candidates who bring a blend of experience, attitude, and technical proficiency. The following qualifications are required:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, or equivalent military experience.
  • Must reside within a 2½‑hour commute of the arenaflex location in Kansas City, KS to attend mandatory in‑person training.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to navigate multiple windows, type accurately while speaking, and use Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone demeanor.
  • Eligibility to meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; arenaflex does not sponsor visas.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check, drug test, and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
  • Age 18 or older.
