Call Center Representative - Remote Work - Must be Resident of Ohio

Incept is a NE Ohio Top Workplace looking to hire remote or in-house call center employees. Applicants MUST reside in Ohio. You will be trained on an initial program and then considered for transfer to a variety of programs all with a common goal: to provide exceptional customer service that strengthens the relationship at each touch point. Customer Service ? inbound/outbound calls assisting customers ? Order Processing- inbound calls from customers looking to place orders ? Blood Donor Recruitment ? Inbound/outbound calls & texts to schedule appointments for future blood donations and provide reminders ? Cross Selling ? Outbound calls to previous or current customers offering additional products of interest.
