Key Responsibilities

- Required Skills and Qualifications

- * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- * Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.

- * Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred).
