WE'RE HIRING: Remote Appointment Setter & Sales Closer Compensation: $7.00/hour + Performance-Based Commissions Location: 100% Remote Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CDT) Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in both appointment setting and closing deals? We are seeking motivated and high-performing individuals who excel at engaging prospects, scheduling qualified appointments, and converting warm leads into successful sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about achieving targets, and enjoy earning uncapped commissions based on performance, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality appointments
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and identify opportunities
  • Professionally handle objections and address customer concerns
  • Close sales opportunities from warm leads while maintaining company standards
  • Accurately update CRM systems with prospect interactions and follow-up activities
  • Meet or exceed appointment-setting, conversion, revenue, and other performance KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Sales Closer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to seamlessly transition between appointment-setting and sales-closing responsibilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is preferred
