Remote Community Health Social Worker (LCSW)
Role Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Community Health Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic services to patients dealing with a variety of social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Facilitate support groups and workshops to educate patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active LCSW license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within a health clinic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
