The Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative will assist customers in reserving storage units and provide exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that would fit their individual needs and deliver amazing customer service
Skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work 1 weekend day
