• Accurately document customer requirements, outcomes, and interactions across multiple systems

• Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads to support business growth
• Maintain a professional demeanor and build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a call center or similar environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with outbound dialing systems or high-volume calling environments
• Ability to navigate multiple applications seamlessly during live interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for business-to-business interactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
