Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ICUC, a global leader in Social Media solutions, is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to join their team. The role involves moderating and responding to comments on clients' social channels, creating engaging content, and ensuring online communities align with client guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Moderating and responding to comments across our clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
  • Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
  • Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
  • Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
  • Becoming a true extension of our clients’ brands - understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

Skills

  • Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English with strong cultural awareness
  • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
  • Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)
  • Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
  • Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
