[Remote] Freelance Social Media Creator

They are seeking U.S.-based social media content creators to produce engaging short-form video content that highlights specific deals or deal-related topics. The role requires a quick turnaround for video creation, with selected creators potentially receiving multiple assignments per week.
Responsibilities
- Create 40–80 second videos highlighting a specific deal or deal-related content (eg, shopping events, multiple deals at a retailer, deal categories, etc)
- Shoot videos either on camera (talking head) or with a simple background (green screen or deal imagery behind you)
- Perform basic editing (no graphics, no lower thirds, no captions/chyrons)
- Interpret direction and create videos without a full script
- Deliver videos with fast turnaround times, sometimes as short as 6 hours from assignment to delivery
Skills
- U.S. based creator
- Comfortable on camera with strong presence and clarity
- Casual, natural presence, credible, approachable
- Able to quickly interpret direction and create without a full script
- Reliable with fast turnaround times
- Familiar with TikTok/Reels-style content (natural, not overproduced)
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience creating UGC for brands
- Ability to vary tone (urgent deal, informative, enthusiastic, etc.)
- Basic understanding of what makes a 'good deal' compelling
- Understanding of what makes compelling content for different social media platforms
