Financial Services Representative - Lone Tree, CO
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team in Lone Tree, CO. This role involves supporting customers through inbound calls, answering questions about account balances, and preparing for a future as a representative in their Investor Centers, with a focus on career development and obtaining necessary licenses.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
