Responsibilities
- Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement
- Meets with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions
- Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations
- Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals
Skills
- A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals
- Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly
- Comfort with prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province
- Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field
