Metering Data Coordinator
Utilita Energy is the UK's first energy company focused on helping customers use less energy through digital technology. They are seeking a Metering Asset Data Analyst who will investigate and resolve data exceptions, ensuring data accuracy and supporting various internal teams with meter-related queries.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve data exceptions in the Meter Operations, Meter Asset Management and Smart Meter Change of Supplier processes
- Liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure the accuracy of the data we send out and validate the data that we receive
- Ensure the correct information is held and the Smart Meter configurations are accessible in our customer database
- Work closely with Gas and Electric Settlements and Field services teams
- Support the Commercial Finance team with the resolution to meter rental charge related queries
Skills
- Experience working within the energy industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry
- Keen eye for detail and high level of numeracy and accuracy
- Experience in using spreadsheets or databases
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to spot trends and identify discrepancies
- Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast growing, challenging industry
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Ability to go through enhanced security vetting (BS7858)
