UNPAID INTERNSHIP / COLLAB OPPORTUNITY – THE REAL TEA PODCAST Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in media, podcasting, music promotion, or content creation? The Real Tea Podcast is currently looking for passionate and creative individuals who want to grow their skills, build their portfolio, and be part of a meaningful startup podcast. The Real Tea is a startup podcast focused on connecting people through authentic conversations about real-life topics, healing, self-growth, relationships, culture, and promoting new music from unsigned artists. We’re creating a safe and engaging platform where real conversations matter. We are currently looking for:
- Social Media Manager Intern
- Video Editor Intern
- Podcast Host / Co-Host Intern
- Podcast Producer Intern

Responsibilities
May Include: Social Media Manager
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Help grow audience engagement
- Brainstorm creative marketing ideas
Video Editor
- Edit podcast episodes and short-form clips
- Create engaging reels and promotional content
- Add captions, transitions, and audio enhancements
Host / Co-Host
- Lead and participate in podcast discussions
- Help create authentic and engaging conversations
- Contribute topic ideas and interview questions
Producer
- Assist with episode planning and coordination
- Help organize recording schedules and content flow
- Support overall podcast development and creative direction
Ideal Candidates:
- Passionate about media, storytelling, music, healing, and culture
- Creative, reliable, and open-minded
- Willing to learn and collaborate
- Experience is a plus, but not required
