Work-From-Home Life Specialist

You will be the person they speak with first — the one who slows the conversation down, makes sure they feel heard, and helps them figure out what is right for them. Core Functions
- Conversation: hold phone meetings with individuals who submitted inquiries about life coverage
- Discovery: build rapport and uncover what each family actually needs
- Education: translate plan details into something a regular person can understand
- Decision support: help each individual feel confident about the path they choose
- Continuity: maintain rhythm through thoughtful follow-up
- Pipeline hygiene: keep records and notes current
