Job Details 100% REMOTE Workday Administrator Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM (EAST COAST Time) Reports to : CIO Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of the Workday implementation.
  • Assist implementation partner with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
  • Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, maintaining system functionality and data integrity. Responsible for setting up post live features.
  • Manage ongoing system maintenance, updates, user access, security settings, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain system reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Provide user support, including training ( both in person and via video) issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments such as HR, Payroll, and IT to continuously enhance system performance.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Monitor Workday updates/releases and manage adoption of new features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Workday administration, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Bachelor's degree or Workday certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment is a plus.
