This is a fully remote position after completing the initial training period, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home during our third shift hours of 1100 PM to 700 AM. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization by performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and assisting customers with their questions and concerns. You will serve as an intermediary between potential clients and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner while protecting our organization's credibility and reputation. What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently processing loan applications and managing customer accounts. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of your key responsibilities Customer Communication

  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively to ensure accurate communication
  • Listen attentively to customers to understand their needs, concerns, and questions
  • Maintain a manner that demonstrates sensitivity, tact, and professionalism at all times
  • Remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially when navigating tense situations
  • Follow up with customers to clarify important points and ensure complete understanding Loan Processing and Approval
  • Perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
  • Analyze, appraise, and verify loan applicants' information and documentation
  • Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans based on established criteria
  • Utilize basic business math to solve problems and calculate payment amounts
  • Finalize loan details and keep customers informed about rules and obligations
  • Originate loans accurately and ensure all documentation is complete Account Management
  • Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to customer accounts
  • Create and renew records as needed
  • Process card payments accurately and efficiently
  • Make payment arrangements for customers who need flexible repayment options
  • Identify customer needs and explore all available options to find the best solutions Compliance and Documentation
  • Work within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures governing financial services
  • Follow written and/or verbal instructions from management
  • Remain up-to-speed regarding lending and other financial services regulations
  • Ensure all transactions comply with industry standards and company policies Performance and Teamwork
