This role is primarily focused on video editing and short-form content production, with supporting design work for thumbnails, covers, Pinterest graphics, in-video visuals, and other static creative assets. You will work with founder-led, educational, and product-focused content — including product demos and UGC-style product content — transforming scripts, raw footage, creative direction, product messaging, and campaign themes into polished, platform-ready assets. This includes Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, TikToks, paid ad creatives, static images, carousels, Pinterest content, LinkedIn clips and other social-first assets. The right person understands that great content is not just trimming clips or making nice graphics. It’s pacing, hooks, emotional timing, visual hierarchy, captions, thumbnails, pattern interrupts, sound, structure, and knowing how to keep someone watching or clicking. If you want to create work that feels fresh, human, emotionally intelligent, and unmistakably different — we want to hear from you. YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU: - Have a strong portfolio of short-form video edits, social videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, YouTube content, or creator-led content -Are passionate about story-telling and developing emotional arcs through video -Know how to edit for retention, pacing, clarity, and emotional resonance - Understand captions, hooks, visual emphasis, b-roll, pattern interrupts, thumbnail design, and platform-native creative - Are comfortable creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and landing pages -Are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple video and creative assets at once
