Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering Collaborate with business units to provide strategic HR support, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• * Employee Relations Be the go-to resource for employee concerns, working to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
• * Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to onboarding, ensuring we hire the best talent.
• * Operations Handle HR operations, including benefits administration, compliance, and policies.
• * Employee Engagement Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
• * Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• * Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and regulations.
• * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• * Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• * Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• * SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
